With extensive martial arts experience and certifications from top-tier instructors, Daniel is a highly skilled Krav Maga instructor. He has been personally trained and certified by notable figures such as Lior Offenbach of Combat Krav Maga, Itay Gil of Protect Israeli Solutions, and Guardian Defence. Daniel has also trained under Chief Instructor Carl Halley of Tactical Krav Maga/Tactical Hagana Azmit Organisation, the pioneer who brought Krav Maga to Australia, and Chief Instructor Michael Tsivoglou of Micks Krav Maga and Martial Arts Gym.
Daniel's practical experience is extensive and varied. He has worked hands-on with individuals experiencing mental health issues, those affected by drugs and alcohol, and individuals with a history of exposure to violence. This background has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge and skills in managing violence, self-defence, human behavior, and handling aggression and assaults.

Professional Experience
In his 18-year career as a nurse, Daniel spent 16 years working as a mental health nurse, including in emergency departments, rehabilitation units, and Intensive Care Units of acute adult mental health wards. He has been part of emergency response teams in hospitals, managed security in correctional facilities, and served as a senior guard in nightclubs, pubs, and pokies venues along Melbourne's notorious King Street precinct.
Daniel's experience extends beyond the medical field to include roles as a crowd controller, armed and unarmed guard for asset protection, and bodyguard. He has faced numerous aggressive and hostile situations, both armed and unarmed, gaining invaluable real-world experience that enhances his teaching beyond the dojo.
With a diverse background in mental health nursing and security services, Daniel brings a holistic approach to safety and well-being in his role as a Krav Maga instructor. He offers self-defence classes, first aid training, and comprehensive physical security services, all while reflecting a holistic approach to mental and physical safety and well-being. Daniel specialises in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, with a unique focus on identifying triggers, implementing coping strategies and risk mitigation techniques. He is dedicated to teaching others how to protect themselves, fostering and building confidence and resilience in the individual or team.
